Please place the shoes and wrap with our white paper according to the photo to avoid any scratch during delivery.

Size not match?

We will happily take back an unworn item under the terms and conditions below

1. The goods must be purchased directly from our official sells channels (website, IG, FB, WA, LINE) and in normal price. The promotional items are not be able to do any exchange or refund.
2. The Destination within Jakarta Province, we will accept a 1-time free of charge in size exchange and will be provide a 1-time free delivery service. The exchange policy is only at 2-times and the second time of exchange, the customer needs to pay a delivery service at your own cost up to your destination rates. Destination outside Jakarta Province, there will be a charge of delivery service at all time. However, please contact our sells in your previous contact channel before you proceed the exchange.
3. Customer is eligible for an exchange within 7 days after purchased. Please contact our customer care service via our contacts written in this card.
