What is the store opening-closing hours?

Are the products made from Genuine leather?

Most of all our collections are made from well-selected genuine leather from imported lamb and calf skin both upper lining and inner lining in order to make the shape of the shoes very supple, durable long lasting and suitable for long day wear and walk.

 

If there is any model we do not use genuine leather, due to functional usage such as flip flops or flats sandal that easily contact to wet areas. 

 

We will state clearly about our materials in our product descriptions.

On Ordering

How will I know if there is a new arrival item in store?

When there is a new product, we will update on instagram and webpage. Please "Like" our Instagram page to receive updates on your newsfeed.

Can we reserve the product when it run out of stock?

Sorry, we have no policy in reserving the product for the equality of every customers.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately, sale items purchased cannot be returned or refunded. It does not cover in a warranty of repairing product.

I have been wait for more than 5 days, the product isn’t arrived yet?

Customer can check the delivery status by tracking no. on your delivered Courier post website, if you find that your product is at the origin or terminal post office longer than usual, you can contact the terminal post office directly or contact our Customer Advisor.

How can I check my product’s delivery status?

You will receive tracking number through email if not you can contact our Customer Advisor for tracking number directly.

How long do I have to wait for the product? Want to get it faster!

If you want the product fast, we recommend you to make a payment and submit the confirmation form before 17.00 pm of the day. Every order will be sent by fastest Courier service,such as TiKI & JNE) which takes 1-2 days delivery excluding Sunday, holidays. The product will be sent every day except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

After confirming payment, when the products will be sent?

Normally, products will be sent out 1-2 days after the payment confirmation has been received. Confirm your payment within 5 pm. of the day, the products will send on the next day (Payment Confirmation Deadlines is 5pm. of the day). After the products has been sent your order status will change to Complete, tracking number will be send directly to your email or you can contact our Customer Advisor for tracking number, 1 day after your payment has been confirmed.

How to inform after the payment has been made?

After the payment has been made you can easily inform us on Confirm Payment section in our website Confirm Payment

If the payment has not been made within 2 days, can I re-order?

Yes, if the products still available and there is no customer on the waiting list

Can the payment be made right after receive notification email of confirming order created?

After you received an email confirming that order has been created with order number. Products in your order will be reserved. You can make a payment within 2 days after receiving order number. After 2 days if the payment has not been made the system will automatically cancel the order. The product will be reserve to the next customer immediately. If products are out of stock you may have to wait for the next queue.

Do you accept installment payment if I order online?

Unfortunately, We accept an installment payment only when customer order at our store in pop up stores and permanent store at Central Department store in Grand Indonesia.

Do you accept installment payment if I order offline?

Yes, we have installment program (special term of payment apply) at our pop up stores. And our permanent shop at Central Department store in Grand Indonesia, apply with only Central Affiliated credit cards.
